ECO ESCAPE : 2 DAYS-1 NIGHT
Day 1 : Lome-Aklowa-Atakpame
Early departure from Lome and drive through the Fetish Mountains to Aklowa village. Hike in coffee and cacao farms to majestic Aklowa falls. Enjoy the refreshing environment or take a swim in the natural pool. Return to the village and have a scenic drive to Atakpame. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 : Atakpame-Danyi Dzogbegan-Kpalime-Lome
Breakfast and head West. A breath-taking ride takes us to Danyi Dzogbegan monastry on Dayes Plateau. Visit monastry’s arboretum with coffee farms, cacao plantations, spices and various other tree species. Finally visit local shop where finished products processed from the various staples are on sale. Drive down the hill to Kpalime. Proceed through the vestiges of Missahoe forest to Kuma-Konda village. Take a short educative tour on the local flora before visiting Kloto craft centre in Kpalime offering batik, woodcarving, beads, clothing. Have a scenic drive to Lome
